Web Intern We have several web projects underway currently that may be able to utilize your expertise!

These are in the use of HTML, Javascript, PHP, Virtual Dedicated Servers, Web Hosting, MySQL, XML, RSS and much more.

Currently seeking candidates from the San Diego State University Intern Program.  Open to other backgrounds.

Research Intern A research project involving data collection and compilation from consumers throughout San Diego county.  Developing independent research and content for our customers and potentials clients is critical to our success as a “value-added service provider”.  Develop a questionaire, implement a survey by contacting home sellers (For Sale by Owners and Expired Listings) to determine their practices and preferences when selecting a service provider.
Telemarketer With so many innovative tools and offerings, our customers need to know that new and creative options are available for them.  Everyone wants to save money.  Paid hourly plus bonus, this position involves contacting residents of San Diego to inform them of the many important services that are now available – whether they choose to utilize our services or not, we believe residents of San Diego should become more aware of the many options available to them to sell more quickly, at higher prices, and net more from the sale of their home.
Customer Service Represenative We believe in customer service.  With so many real estate agents to choose from, home buyers and sellers want to choose a company that has a focus on service.  This position involves contacting web registrants, 800 number phone callers, existing clients and past clients to insure that they are receiving the information and support they need.  Most people begin to use the Internet to research the market and to identify potential neighborhoods and homes.  Providing excellent tools and timely service is critical to the client’s success – and our own!
Transaction Coordinator Processing real estate transactions, disclosures, deposits, escrow instructions, contracts, inspections, reports, requests for repairs, coordinating outside services such as termite, plumbing, roofing, etc.  Top notch service and attention to detail is required.  Ability to multi-task and maintain proper records.  This position is designed to offering incredible service to our clients, enhance our reputation with outside organizations (brokerages, lenders, vendors, etc.), and protect the legal and financial interests of our client.
